Dobie Center offers students a full range of amenities and
services, including a student orientated mall. The bottom floors of
Dobie make up the Dobie Mall, which includes numerous specialty
shops, a movie theater and a complete food court. With many choices
and selections, you are sure to find just what you are looking for

Dobie Mall is located in the center of Austin, directly across
from the University of Texas campus. The mall is a two-level
enclosed shopping center offering entertainment, dining,
convenience goods, and personal services. A 500 seat food court and
a four-screen movie theater dominate the upper level of the
mall.
Dobie Mall is part of Dobie Center, a 27-story private dormitory
residence. The 900+ residents enjoy a variety of amenities not
offered with other area housing options. In addition to the tower,
Dobie Center also encompasses a six-level parking garage.
A Landmark Theater featuring films inside and outside the
Hollywood mainstream in four themed theaters.
DINING
Dobie Cafeteria is open whenever the University of Texas is in
session. Individual meal tickets & non-resident meal plans are
available for sale at the Front Desk.
Extensive salad bar and fresh fruit at every lunch and dinner.

University of Texas. We are ideally situated to serve as the place
to house your summer camp or conference in the Austin area or at
the University of Texas. For nearly 40 years, The Dobie has been
committed to serving and engaging the UT Austin campus and
community as well as summer camps and conferences to people of all
ages. Dobie has the resources to meet every camp and
conferences’ individual needs. Dobie is a 27-story high-rise
located right across the street from the UT Austin campus. Our
commitment is to provide high-quality, affordable housing for all
types of summer camps and conferences. We invite your participation
by offering our facility, meeting rooms, dining facilities and
friendly staff to service your next summer camp or conference.
